柚子皮的功能

非試不可—柚子皮
許多蔬果除了可食用的部份外，其它部份我們都當作廚餘處理，其實是件 很可惜的事情，如果我們能善用這些不能吃或不好吃的部份，除了物盡其 用外，還可以得到其它方面不錯的收獲喔！
吃文旦了。柚子含有膳食纖維、醣類、維他命B、C、果膠、鈣、磷、鉀等 ，裡面還有一種類似胰島素的成份，患有糖尿病的人食用柚子有降血糖的 效果。另外，柚子裡所含的有機酸，也有消除疲勞的效果。 中醫認為柚子有下氣及化痰作用，尤其是大白柚，可以解除消化不良，胃 病還有慢性咳嗽。但因為柚子屬寒性，若胃腸不好常拉肚子的人，少量食 用。還有柚子裡也含有一種可破壞維生素A的醛類物質，所以貧血者也不要 多吃。
但其實將柚子皮曬乾後在中醫是一種好用的藥材，不同於內肉的寒性，柚子 皮性温，有理氣、止痛、化痰止咳作用。
色部份及內裡厚厚的白色部份。
2 先將薄薄的綠皮小片或細條狀切下，會發現柚子油幾乎都集中在綠色皮中。
PS：當切皮時，請小心別讓柚油噴到眼睛，手上沾滿柚油時，也別去揉眼 睛，會造成嚴重的刺激，讓眼睛睜不開淚流不止，甚至抹在皮膚上也會有一 股微微刺痛的感覺喔。
劃開，會傷到裡面果肉的完整性，且讓果肉吃起來帶苦味。
4 再將白板部份用剪刀剪成細條狀，最內的果肉食用，綠及白皮部份分別運用。
◎ 柚子皮的運用
。收集起來，可以利用市裝洋葱或蒜頭的網袋裝起，還有通風乾燥的作用。
驅蚊效果很好，而且完全天然，吸入人體不會有不良影響，還可以有益身體 健康，同時空氣中不會有化學香味，而帶一股青柚香。
製作柚皮蚊香千萬別帶綠皮喔，會點不著。
2 – 精油薰香：將綠皮剪成小片，放置水中加熱，因柚子精油即從綠色皮中 提煉出來，故這就成了天然的柚子精油，在過程中可以看到水上浮著一層油 脂，即為柚子油。空氣中散發著淡淡的柚子香氣，有安定神精的作用。
將綠色柚皮丟入浴缸只開熱水先把柚油逼出。利用柚子皮來泡熱水澡，人體 毛細孔張開，類似精油效果進入皮膚細胞，柚油成份可以美容，有效的消除 一天疲勞，且舒緩神經，洗完澡十分容易入睡喔。
後切成條或片狀，可以拿來煮成濃茶飲用，有開胃透氣的功效。
感冒的療效。
然食物中的鈣可以預防大腸癌發生的機率，柚子富含的鈣營養便是最好的保 健來源。 而柚皮本身具有極強的抗癌徵菌及其毒素功用，擁有和人參同等的抗癌活性 質，對女生的子宮頸癌壞細胞的抑制效果特別好。多吃柚子及利用柚皮可說 是好處滿分喔。 |

8.行程規劃【紊亂】 幾乎每天都走數趟省21號道路。走的給它很膩呢?
9.山路迷路【歷險】 至日月潭的紅木山莊後，本只需15分鐘就可以到慈恩塔。但由於Mio的指引錯誤讓我們卡在山路了, 前不著村後不著店進退不得好害怕啊!大家都驚嚇了!完成一次山區迷路歷險記!大夥兒都驚嚇過度。所以忘了合照留念了!感謝英華大哥此時的鎮靜與徐萍大嫂的機智即時用電話詢問紅木山莊老闆路進逕。此事件告訴Nana凡事不可太依賴某人、某事、某物。自己還是要有正確的判斷能力才是吧!
10.體諒與支持【感動】有太多的不完善，其實每個人心中都有很多的OS。可是這一路上沒有抱怨。沒有責備更沒有碎碎唸!修養的風範完全呈現在此時此刻!彼此的尊重還不忘詼諧讓我太感動了!有你們真好!Nana愛你們!這是真心話。是肺腑之言是真的喔!認識你們真好!
